OnlyPans builds a personalized weekly meal plan through an AI sous chef the app calls Sousy. It factors in dietary needs, household size, budget, cooking skill, and food already on hand, then outputs recipes, step-by-step instructions, and a matching grocery list. A batch-cooking mode groups meals for prepping ahead, and the app tracks leftovers to cut food waste. Multiple languages are supported. OnlyPans launched in September 2025 as a one-developer project and runs on a paid monthly plan after a seven-day free trial, with an annual option also offered.
