Guideless records a task as you perform it in Chrome and turns the capture into two artefacts at once: a narrated MP4 with captions and zoom effects, and a written step-by-step guide. Narration is synthesised in more than forty languages, sensitive fields can be blurred, and output ships as MP4, PDF, Markdown, an embeddable player or a shared link. Guides can be re-edited without re-recording, and the hosted player reports views, play rate and completion. Slack, Notion and Confluence are supported as publishing targets. The terms place the operator under Lithuanian law and name no registered entity. Free covers three guides; Pro is $29 per user per month billed annually.

Pros & cons of Guideless
Guideless does the thing that makes this category worth paying for: one recording yields both a video and a written procedure, so you are not maintaining two documents. Multilingual voiceover and a blur tool cover the two things that usually kill an internal SOP video. The limits are the Chrome-only capture and the seat model, which charges for every person you invite into the workspace.
