Getfloorplan takes an existing floor plan supplied as JPG, PNG or PDF and returns a redrawn 2D plan, a furnished 3D version and a navigable 360-degree tour of the same layout. Furniture, lighting and interior styling are placed automatically by room type, and the vendor quotes roughly a 24-hour turnaround per property. It is sold per property as a done-for-you production service rather than as a self-serve editor.
Priced per property, not per month; the vendor puts an entry set at about $20 and a batch of ten plans at about $200.
