What our research says

Enhancv

One of the better-designed resume builders, and the ATS check plus job-ad tailoring are the parts that actually move outcomes. The free plan is a seven-day trial in disguise: everything you make carries Enhancv branding until you pay for a quarter up front.

Pros

  • ATS check scores the draft against screening criteria before you submit
  • Job tailoring rewrites the resume against a pasted job advert
  • All templates and design tools are available even on the free plan
  • Cover letters, interview prep and an application tracker come with the same subscription

Cons

  • The free plan expires after seven days and brands every export
  • Billing is quarterly, so the $16.50 headline means paying about $50 at once
  • Free tier caps you at twelve section items, which is tight for a full career history
  • Prices render in local currency, so the USD figure only appears in the page title

Jobbie

The free half is a competent ATS resume checker and template builder, and there is no wall in front of it. The paid half is a staffed service rather than software: a human manager applies to jobs for you at ₹1,999 a month, which is priced for the Indian market and only makes sense there. Nothing on the site names the operating company.

Pros

  • Resume checker, builder and template library are genuinely free
  • Paid plan includes a dedicated human job manager, not just automation
  • Dashboard tracks applications, recruiter calls, interviews and offers received
  • Blog and guidance content written for the Indian hiring market specifically

Cons

  • Signup requires an Indian mobile number, so it is regionally locked
  • No company name, registered entity or country stated on the site
  • Outcomes on the managed plan depend on an assigned person, and no guarantee is offered

Which one fits

Choose Enhancv if you need

  • Job seekers applying through ATS-screened postings
  • People who want a designed resume without fighting a word processor
  • Anyone tailoring one base resume to many different job ads

Choose Jobbie if you need

  • Indian candidates who want a free ATS-safe resume without a paywall
  • Job seekers willing to outsource the application grind to a managed service
  • People applying through Naukri and Indeed India rather than Western boards
