The scanner is the honest part of this product: it names the keywords and skills a job description wants and your resume lacks, which is specific enough to act on. The editor and cover-letter generator are ordinary GPT-4 wrappers. Read the pricing framing carefully - the $7.99 headline requires paying three months up front, and the site says outright that there is no trial.

Pros

  • Scores against a pasted job description rather than giving a generic resume grade
  • Breaks results into keyword, skills, experience, education, verb-choice and searchability checks
  • Re-scan after edits is included on paid plans, so you can iterate toward a higher score
  • Free plan is genuinely usable for a couple of applications a week

Cons

  • The $7.99 rate requires a $23.99 quarterly prepay; monthly billing is $9.99
  • The FAQ states plainly that no trial period is offered
  • No company name, address or country appears anywhere on the site
