What our research says

ArchyBase

Wider coverage than the usual interior restyler - exteriors, landscapes, floor plan generation and sketch-to-render all sit in one subscription, which matters if a project needs more than a redecorated living room. Pricing is per generation, so it is easy to reason about. The vendor is effectively anonymous: no company name, no address, and terms that name a jurisdiction but no entity.

Pros

  • Interior, exterior, landscape, sketch-to-render, floor plan and virtual staging in one subscription
  • Accepts photos, sketches and floor plans as input
  • 30+ interior styles with 4K output
  • Priced per generation rather than opaque credits, so plan sizing is straightforward
  • A free tier exists, albeit only four generations

Cons

  • No company name, address or registration published; terms cite US law but no entity
  • No API, batch processing or team features described
  • Four free generations is barely enough to evaluate quality
  • Terms disclaim any guarantee of design outcome and force binding arbitration

Interior AI

The fastest way for an agent or designer to show a client what a room could look like, and the pricing only makes sense if you render in volume. If you need one or two images a month, buy credits somewhere else.

Pros

  • Renders come back in roughly half a minute, fast enough to iterate live with a client
  • Covers the whole real-estate workflow: restyle, virtual staging, sketch-to-render, exteriors
  • 55+ preset styles removes most prompt-writing from the job
  • Run by a single founder who ships publicly, so features land quickly

Cons

  • Entry plan is $49 month-to-month, steep next to per-image competitors
  • No developer API, so it cannot be wired into a listing pipeline
  • Output is a photoreal suggestion, not a spec: furniture is generated, not sourced from a real catalogue
  • Solo operation means no enterprise support path or SLA
