What our research says

AI Room Planner

One of the few room-restyling tools still genuinely unmetered on the web, and its room list stretches past homes into hotels, gyms and shops. The flip side is a beta label with an explicit warning that free access can end without notice, plus mobile apps that do charge.

Pros

  • Free and uncapped on the web during the beta period
  • About 25 room and venue types, including commercial spaces
  • More than 30 styles, from Scandinavian through cyberpunk
  • Google sign-in or an emailed link, with no password to manage

Cons

  • Beta status plus a written warning that free use may stop at any time
  • No published web pricing to plan around
  • The mobile apps are a separate paid product with weekly subscriptions

Interior AI

The fastest way for an agent or designer to show a client what a room could look like, and the pricing only makes sense if you render in volume. If you need one or two images a month, buy credits somewhere else.

Pros

  • Renders come back in roughly half a minute, fast enough to iterate live with a client
  • Covers the whole real-estate workflow: restyle, virtual staging, sketch-to-render, exteriors
  • 55+ preset styles removes most prompt-writing from the job
  • Run by a single founder who ships publicly, so features land quickly

Cons

  • Entry plan is $49 month-to-month, steep next to per-image competitors
  • No developer API, so it cannot be wired into a listing pipeline
  • Output is a photoreal suggestion, not a spec: furniture is generated, not sourced from a real catalogue
  • Solo operation means no enterprise support path or SLA
