Use tool ↗About Anuma
Anuma is a chat app that connects to several third-party AI models, including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, DeepSeek and Grok, and keeps one encrypted memory that follows the user between them, so context given to one model is there after switching to another. Council Mode sends one prompt to several models for side-by-side answers, and the app also generates images, audio, video and small apps. A newer feature, Nearby, is an opt-in map that uses what Anuma has learned from your chats to suggest compatible people and events close by. Usage is metered in monthly credits on web, iOS and Android, and the operator is Anuma, Inc., under California law.

Pros & cons of Anuma
Anuma's differentiator is still the shared encrypted memory that follows you across AI models, which most aggregators that merely switch models do not carry. It now also turns that memory into a social product — Nearby matches you with people and events on a map — so the privacy pitch matters more than before and can only be taken as far as the vendor's own description goes. Credit metering replaced flat limits, with a cheaper $9.99 Starter tier.
Pros
- Shared memory persists across every connected model, not just within one
- Council Mode compares four models' answers to the same prompt side by side
- Native iOS and Android apps sync memory across devices
- Supports image, audio, and video generation alongside chat
Cons
- Privacy claims about encryption and no training on prompts rely on the vendor's own description and are not independently verifiable here
- Nearby uses what the app learns from your chats to match you with strangers, which some users will not want next to their AI history
- Credits differ by model and do not roll over, so heavy users of frontier models burn through a plan quickly
Best for
- People who regularly switch between ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini and want continuity
- Users who want to compare four models' answers to the same prompt at once
- Anyone prioritizing on-device, encrypted chat storage
Not for
- Users happy with a single AI provider's own memory feature
- Teams needing enterprise admin controls or a developer API
Watch out: Nearby is opt-in, but it draws on your chat memory; check which memories are marked public before turning on location sharing.
