What our research says

AI Virtual Staging

Priced the way agents actually buy: a pack of credits, no monthly commitment, roughly a dollar to two dollars a photo against twenty-plus for traditional staging. The surrounding tools — furniture removal, day-to-dusk, floor plans, listing copy — cover most of what a listing needs before it goes live. The operator is anonymous and there is no trial, so the first $19 is the test.

Pros

  • One-time credit packs from $19 with no subscription and no expiry
  • About 30 seconds per image, up to 4K, with unlimited regeneration per credit
  • Furniture removal, day-to-dusk, 2D-to-3D floor plans and listing copy in the same tool
  • Per-image cost falls to $0.99 on the largest pack

Cons

  • No free trial — you pay before seeing your own results
  • No company name or jurisdiction, and the terms page 404s
  • No API or batch upload for volume work

Virtual Staging AI

The default choice for agents staging vacant listings, and the Zillow acquisition makes it unlikely to vanish mid-season the way indie staging tools do. What you are actually buying is the photo quota, not the render count, so plan around that.

Pros

  • Unlimited re-renders per staged photo, so style iteration costs nothing extra
  • No watermark on any tier, including the cheapest plan
  • Per-photo cost drops from roughly $2.67 to $0.53 as volume rises
  • Now owned by Zillow Group, which removes most vendor-survival risk

Cons

  • No pay-per-image option, so light users still pay every month
  • API access is gated behind the $79 Enterprise tier
  • Unused photo quota does not roll into the following month
  • Furniture is generated rather than catalogued, so nothing in a render is sourceable
