Pay-as-you-go credits at $0.005 each, no expiry. The top-up table starts at $10 for 2,000 credits and adds bonus credits from $100 upward (+0.5% to +10% at $1,500); the FAQ still mentions a $1 for 200 credits entry, so the smallest purchase is unclear. Cost per generation depends on the model, e.g. Veo 3.1 Fast 1080p is 50 credits ($0.25).
Use tool ↗About AI Video API
AI Video API is a reseller run by ARTTA TECH LIMITED in Hong Kong that puts a single key and a single prepaid credit balance in front of other vendors' generation models. Video goes through Seedance 2.5 and 2.0, Veo 3.1, Kling 3.0 and 2.6, Wan 3.0, MiniMax H3 and Grok Imagine; images through Nano Banana 2 and Seedream 5.0 Pro; music through Suno V5.5. Requests are asynchronous with webhook callbacks, and the console offers hourly, daily and total spend caps, IP allowlists and key rotation. A credit costs $0.005, the top-up table starts at $10 for 2,000 credits with bonus credits on larger purchases, and credits do not expire. There is no free allowance and no editor, only the API, a playground and a dashboard.

Pros & cons of AI Video API
For a developer who wants Veo, Kling and Seedance behind one integration, this removes several accounts, billing relationships and SDKs. The spend caps and IP allowlisting are the sort of thing you only appreciate after a runaway loop bills you overnight. What you give up is a direct relationship with the model vendors: quotas, availability and model version changes are all mediated by a small Hong Kong reseller.
Pros
- One key and one balance across video, image and music models from different vendors
- Async task processing with webhook callbacks rather than long-polling
- Configurable hourly, daily and total spend limits plus IP allowlisting
- Credits never expire, and a per-generation example price is shown on the homepage
- Python and Node examples in the docs
Cons
- No free tier - you pay before you can test anything
- You inherit an extra layer between you and the model vendor for quotas and outages
- The '50% cheaper' claim is not broken down per model
- Small, recently incorporated Hong Kong operator with no public track record
Best for
- shipping a product that calls several video models
- comparing model output without opening multiple vendor accounts
- teams that need hard spend limits on generation
Not for
- non-developers - there is no editor, only an API
- workloads needing a contractual SLA from the underlying model vendor
Watch out: Per-generation cost varies by model and is not listed next to the credit price - budget from the model list, not from the $0.005 headline. The homepage contradicts itself on the minimum top-up ($10 in the table, $1 in the FAQ).
