Free plan: 3,000 characters a month, one voice, MP3 download. Basic is $9.99/month for 200,000 characters and Pro $19.99/month for 500,000, both with unlimited voices; a yearly toggle exists but annual amounts were not visible, and the plan cards render in the browser, so the figures were read from the pricing page's own plan data.
Use tool ↗About Voiceslab
Voiceslab builds a clone of a voice from a 10 to 60 second recording or upload and then reads typed text back in that voice, in 24 languages including Arabic, Hindi, Japanese and Ukrainian. It is aimed at podcasters, audiobook narrators, marketers and training teams who want voiceovers without re-recording every script. Next to cloning there is a library of stock voices and a short preview generator that works without sign-up. The free plan gives 3,000 characters a month and one voice; paid plans raise the monthly character allowance, lift the voice limit and add text extraction from uploaded documents, with each generation capped at 10,000 characters.

Pros & cons of Voiceslab
Voiceslab's free plan is a no-card way to hear how a clone of your own voice sounds, and 24 languages from one clone is broad for the money. Paid plans are now listed on the vendor's own pricing page at $9.99 and $19.99 a month, so the cost is checkable; what stays unclear is who runs the service and where it is based.
Pros
- Free plan needs no credit card and includes one voice clone
- 24 languages from a single cloned voice
- Only a 10-60 second sample is needed to build a clone
- Paid tiers at $9.99 and $19.99 a month buy 200,000 and 500,000 characters
Cons
- No company name or location found on the site or in its terms of service
- API access on the Pro plan is listed as coming soon
- Generated files are stored for only 72 hours on every plan
Best for
- Podcasters and audiobook creators who want to test cloning quality for free first
- Teams needing multilingual voiceover from a single cloned voice
- Budget-conscious users who need a few hundred thousand characters a month
Not for
- Developers who need an API today, since on the Pro plan it is still marked as coming soon
- Enterprise buyers needing a named vendor, published SLAs or compliance documentation
Watch out: Generated audio is kept for only 72 hours on every plan, paid ones included, so download files right away or you will spend characters regenerating them.
