RowSpeak, previously called Excelmatic, is an agent aimed at operational spreadsheets rather than clean datasets. You drop in Excel, CSV, a PDF table or a screenshot of one, ask questions in plain language, and it cleans the sheet, picks out the metrics, builds bar, line, pie and KPI visuals, and writes a report-ready summary. A correction step lets you fix field mappings and chart types before anything gets shared, which matters when the source was a photographed table. It is run by Haozhi Information Technology Co., Ltd. in China, which advertises SOC 2 Type II, GDPR and CCPA compliance plus an on-premises option. Plans start at $9.90 a month.
Essential is $8.30/month billed annually ($99/year) or $9.90 month-to-month; Professional is $24.90-$29.90 and Premium $49.90-$59.90. The free option is a trial without a card, not a permanent tier.
Use tool ↗The useful part is the tolerance for bad input: PDF tables and screenshots go in alongside proper spreadsheets, and the correction step lets you repair the mapping before a chart goes out wrong. Output is aimed at a manager reading a summary rather than an analyst reading code. Uploading operational data to a Chinese-registered vendor is the decision that will settle this for most buyers, one way or the other.
Watch out: The SOC 2 and GDPR claims are the vendor's own; ask for the report before uploading anything sensitive.
