RNWY, run by the AI Rights Institute, builds a reputation layer for AI agents and their operators: it indexes agents across 12 blockchain registries such as ERC-8004, Olas and Virtuals, plus MCP servers from public registries, and scores each wallet on its on-chain history. The scoring checks who left an agent's reviews, flagging sybil clusters and reviews funded by the agent's own owner, and shows the math behind each score. Anyone, human or agent, can register a wallet free and optionally mint a non-transferable soulbound identity token for under one cent. Scores are available through a free REST API, an SDK, an MCP server and an on-chain oracle on Base.
