Norton Neo's bet is that AI chat and search belong in the address bar of a mainstream security company's browser rather than a bolt-on extension, backed by Gen Digital's existing VPN and anti-phishing technology. It's early: mobile platforms weren't confirmed as shipped at the time of research, and switching browsers entirely is a bigger commitment than adding an AI extension to Chrome.
