Knowbase is a library you can interrogate. Files go in - over a hundred formats including PDF, DOCX, PPTX, MP3, MP4 and YouTube links - and answers come back with citations to the source. Audio and video are transcribed with speaker separation first, so a recorded meeting behaves like a document rather than a blob. You can query one file or the whole library at once, connect Google Drive, Notion or Dropbox to keep it fed, and expose a subset as a shareable link or an embeddable chatbot widget on a website. There is a documented API. Free gives 50 MB and 25 queries; Starter is $19 a month for 2 GB, 500 queries, one connector and an hour of transcription, with $49 and $99 tiers above it.

Pros & cons of Knowbase
Stronger than the usual chat-with-PDF tool because audio and video are first-class: transcription with speaker labels means meeting recordings join the same searchable pool as the documents. The limits are storage and query counts, and they bite early - 500 queries a month is a fortnight of real use.
