Klangio
Klangio is the most complete audio-to-notation stack on the market: browser studio, per-instrument apps, a DAW plugin and an API, with exports that open in MuseScore, Sibelius, Finale and Guitar Pro. The edit mode matters, because polyphonic transcription still misses notes and you will be correcting output rather than printing it. Annual billing is less than half the monthly rate, which is a real commitment for a tool you may use in bursts.
Pros
- Exports PDF, MIDI, MusicXML and Guitar Pro, so output lands in real notation software
- Covers piano, guitar, drums, vocals, violin and winds, not just piano
- Editing view with both piano roll and score before you export
- DAW plugin in VST3, AU and standalone alongside the browser app
- A documented API for developers, plus mobile apps
Cons
- Monthly billing at $19.99 costs more than double the annual rate
- Transcription accuracy drops on polyphonic and noisy material, so edits are expected
- The prices live on the plugin page rather than a normal pricing page, which makes comparison awkward
