What our research says

Gadaa Ask

Gadaa's pitch is unusual and specific: instead of picking one model and trusting it, it runs a question through five models from different labs and reports a split as a result, which is useful exactly where a single model's confident wrong answer would cost something. It steers users away from coding and creative work, an honest scoping decision rather than a hidden limit. The October 2026 plan change helps: quick checks no longer eat credits, so the monthly allowance goes only to full deliberations.

Pros

  • Runs each question through five distinct frontier models, each answering blind to the others
  • Reports explicit consensus, confidence or dissent instead of one blended answer
  • Docent answers follow-ups from the deliberation record, so the reasoning is auditable
  • Quick mode is unlimited on paid plans and does not draw on the monthly credits

Cons

  • Each deep deliberation costs a credit and credits expire monthly without rollover
  • The free trial is 10 credits over 14 days, so there is no ongoing free tier
  • No public API found, and the company's country is not published

Poe

Poe makes sense if you want to compare frontier models side by side without paying each vendor, and the custom-bot layer is a cheap way to publish a prompt as a product. The catch is the points meter: one subscription buys wildly different quantities of use depending on which bot you pick, and per-bot costs are Poe's to change, so the plan you buy is not necessarily the plan you keep.

Pros

  • One subscription spans models from several vendors plus image and video generators
  • Custom bots can be built from a prompt and shared or monetised
  • Apps on web, iOS, Android, Mac and Windows
  • A creator API exists for developers

Cons

  • Points pricing makes real capacity hard to predict across models
  • Per-bot point costs and allowances are set by Poe and change over time
  • The home page blocks automated access and the subscription page shows regional prices, so USD figures could not be confirmed from the vendor
  • No team or enterprise tier is visible
