Pricing
- Pricing model
- Freemium
No vendor price available: the website returns a 'Site Not Found' page, so no pricing page could be read. Directories quote a free tier and a Pro tier around $19–20 a month, which could not be confirmed with the vendor.
Use tool ↗About everfind | AI workspace
everfind indexes a company's documents and email - Gmail, Outlook, Google Drive, SharePoint, Jira, Confluence, Miro, and Figma are named integrations - into one searchable workspace, so a question can be answered with citations pulled from across those tools instead of a list of file links. It targets product managers and technical teams who lose time hunting for information scattered across separate apps. Direct access to the vendor's own site was blocked for this review, so the pricing and details below rely on independent coverage rather than the vendor directly: a free tier, a paid Pro tier with unlimited AI queries, and a higher Team tier are reported, alongside enterprise-grade encryption and access controls.

Pros & cons of everfind | AI workspace
everfind aimed at a well-understood pain point, answers scattered across email, Drive, Jira and Confluence, with citation-backed answers instead of a raw file list. On 15 October 2026 its website no longer existed: the domain returns a Framer 'Site Not Found' page and the app address does not answer, so treat the product as unavailable until it reappears.
Pros
- Named integrations span email, drives, and dev-team tools (Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma) in one search
- Answers are reported to come with citations rather than only a file-link list
- A free tier is reported to exist before the paid Pro tier
Cons
- Website and app were unreachable on 15 October 2026, so the service may have closed
- No company name, founder, or country could be established
- No vendor-published price was ever confirmed; the figures in circulation come from directories
Best for
- Product and engineering teams whose documentation is spread across Jira, Confluence, Drive and Slack
- Teams that want cited answers rather than a search-results list
Not for
- Anyone who wants to verify pricing directly on the vendor's own site before subscribing - it was not reachable during this review
- Small teams using only one or two tools, where a native search bar may be enough
Watch out: The site was down on 15 October 2026 (Framer 'Site Not Found' on every path, app address unreachable); do not sign up or move data into it without confirming the service still runs.
