Drafted takes a wish list - rooms, lot size, house shape, square footage, style preferences - and generates residential floor plan options, with a matching 3D model that updates in real time as you drag walls or move doors and windows. Finished plans export as PDF, CAD, or BIM, and projects can be shared with a builder, architect, or client for review. The onboarding asks whether you are a homebuyer, architect, builder, developer, interior designer, drafter, or agent and tailors the flow. The FAQ states plainly that the whole thing, exports included, is free today. Only single-level plans are supported; second storeys and basements are listed as in progress.
