Pros & cons of Drafted
A floor-plan generator that gets the important part right - the 3D view stays in sync while you edit the 2D plan, so you can judge a layout instead of imagining it. CAD and BIM export for nothing is the standout, since that is normally the paywall in this category. The hard limit is that it only does single-storey homes, which rules out a large share of real projects.
