Use tool ↗About CorpusIQ
CorpusIQ sits between an AI assistant and the systems a company already runs, so you can ask a plain-English question in ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity or Slack and get an answer drawn from connected business data with a citation for each figure. It connects to more than forty tools through one integration, validates numbers against consistent KPI definitions before the model sees them, and reads PDFs, invoices and contracts via OCR. Access is read-only by design — it never writes back to the source systems. Around 150 pre-built questions ship as reusable skills, and agents or self-hosted models can attach over MCP directly. CorpusIQ LLC is based in Scottsdale, Arizona, and every plan is priced per user.

Pros & cons of CorpusIQ
The interesting choice here is the KPI validation step: rather than letting a model interpret raw rows, CorpusIQ normalises figures against agreed definitions first, then cites the source. That addresses the specific way AI-over-your-data goes wrong. Read-only access removes a whole class of risk. It is priced per seat and is a small vendor, so the question is whether your forty tools are actually on the connector list.
Pros
- Answers carry source citations, and OCR pulls figures out of PDFs, invoices and contracts
- Numbers are validated against consistent KPI definitions before the model reasons over them
- Read-only by design — no write path back into connected systems
- Works inside ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Slack, or over MCP for agents and self-hosted models
Cons
- No free tier; the 30-day trial is the whole evaluation window
- Priced per user, so a wider rollout scales linearly in cost
- The value depends entirely on whether your stack is in the 40-tool connector list
- No Microsoft Copilot support, and in Microsoft Teams you must bring your own AI key
Best for
- Teams already asking business questions inside ChatGPT, Claude or Slack
- Owners who want one answer across finance, ads and operations tools at once
- Anyone who needs the number and the source document behind it
Not for
- Organisations needing the assistant to write back into their systems
- Teams wanting classic dashboards rather than a question-and-answer interface
Watch out: Read-only means it can answer but never fix — every action the answer implies still has to be taken in the source system by hand.
