What our research says

BloxGPT

BloxGPT's idea is putting a whiteboard and multi-model AI chat in the same workspace, so brainstorming and AI-assisted research happen on one canvas instead of two separate tools. It's a solo-built product with pay-as-you-go coin pricing, and the actual dollar cost per coin could not be confirmed since the pricing page failed to load.

Pros

  • Combines a real-time collaborative whiteboard with multi-model AI chat in one workspace
  • Supports several underlying AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, Perplexity) rather than one
  • Pay-as-you-go coin pricing avoids forcing a subscription on light users
  • Notes and annotations sit alongside the visual canvas

Cons

  • Built by a single, largely anonymous maker, a risk for long-term support
  • The pricing page returned a server error on repeated attempts, so exact costs are unconfirmed
  • No company name, address, or team information published anywhere found

Poe

Poe makes sense if you want to compare frontier models side by side without paying each vendor, and the custom-bot layer is a cheap way to publish a prompt as a product. The catch is the points meter: one subscription buys wildly different quantities of use depending on which bot you pick, and per-bot costs are Poe's to change, so the plan you buy is not necessarily the plan you keep.

Pros

  • One subscription spans models from several vendors plus image and video generators
  • Custom bots can be built from a prompt and shared or monetised
  • Apps on web, iOS, Android, Mac and Windows
  • A creator API exists for developers

Cons

  • Points pricing makes real capacity hard to predict across models
  • Per-bot point costs and allowances are set by Poe and change over time
  • The home page blocks automated access and the subscription page shows regional prices, so USD figures could not be confirmed from the vendor
  • No team or enterprise tier is visible

Which one fits

Choose BloxGPT if you need

  • Teams wanting a shared visual canvas alongside AI chat instead of two separate tools
  • Users who want to pull answers from several AI models without leaving the whiteboard
  • People who prefer paying per use over a fixed monthly subscription

Choose Poe if you need

  • People who want several vendors' models under one login and one bill
  • Creators publishing custom bots without hosting anything
  • Comparing model answers side by side before committing to one vendor
