Use tool ↗About ArchRender
ArchRender converts architectural sketches, elevation drawings or imported 3D models (OBJ, FBX, GLB) into photorealistic renders, with materials, style and mood described in plain language instead of configured in a traditional renderer. Season, time of day, camera angle, field of view and aspect ratio are set before rendering; a single mood board can steer the finish palette, 4K upscaling sharpens output, and an edit mode iterates on an existing render or photo without starting over. Projects keep renders and source files together with versions. It was built by Henry Jones, a house-plan designer who found conventional rendering the slowest part of his own work, and the site claims more than 10,000 architects and designers as users; no company entity or country is disclosed.

Pros & cons of ArchRender
ArchRender is a solo-built tool aimed squarely at architects who want fast, photorealistic renders from their own drawings without learning traditional rendering software. Being a one-person product is both its strength (fast, focused iteration) and its risk (no team backing it long-term).
Pros
- Accepts real sketches, elevation drawings, and 3D model imports, not just text prompts
- Plain-language material descriptions replace manual texture/lighting setup
- 4K upscaling and an edit mode support iteration rather than one-shot generation
- Mood-board interpretation helps match a render to a target aesthetic
Cons
- Built and maintained by a single developer, with the continuity risk that implies
- No company entity, country, or founding date disclosed beyond the founder's own story
- Entry pricing shown reflects a limited-time discount, so the regular price may be higher
Best for
- Architects and designers wanting quick client-ready renders from sketches or 3D models
- Users who want plain-language material and lighting control instead of manual render setup
- Designers who need to iterate on a render without rebuilding it from scratch
Not for
- Studios needing enterprise support contracts or guaranteed uptime SLAs
- Anyone wary of depending on a single-developer product for ongoing maintenance
Watch out: The advertised price includes a stated 30% discount; confirm the standard, non-promotional rate before budgeting for renewal.
