Aidoc's aiOS platform runs in the background of a hospital's imaging systems, evaluates every relevant CT, X-ray or mammography study as it arrives and flags suspected urgent findings — intracranial haemorrhage, pulmonary embolism, aortic dissection, pneumothorax, fractures, free gas and more — so those cases are read first and the right teams are paged. It also hosts third-party algorithms behind one interface, coordinates care across PACS, EHR, RIS and scheduling systems, and is adding foundation-model products under the CARE name, including report drafting with an FDA breakthrough designation. The company was founded in 2016 by four Talpiot alumni, trades as Aidoc Medical Ltd. of Tel Aviv, and claims 17 FDA clearances and use in more than 1,600 hospitals.
