What our research says

AIcarousels

The auto-resize is the feature that justifies a dedicated tool over Canva: one deck re-flows into LinkedIn, Instagram feed and story, TikTok and Facebook ad sizes without rebuilding the layout each time. Letting people build a carousel with no account at all is a real convenience and rare in this category. Against that, the copy assistant is average, there is no scheduling — you still export and upload by hand — and the operator publishes nothing about who they are.

Pros

  • Auto-resize re-flows one deck into LinkedIn, Instagram feed and story, TikTok and Facebook ad formats
  • Basic editor is usable without signing up or entering a card
  • Templates are editable rather than locked, so output is not obviously templated
  • PRO bundles a LinkedIn post writer, infographic, quote-card and image generators alongside carousels
  • Interface localised into ten languages

Cons

  • No scheduling or direct publishing — you export and upload manually
  • The site publishes no pricing page, company name or jurisdiction, so terms are hard to verify
  • Copy generation is generic; the layout tooling is the stronger half of the product

Taplio

Worth the money only if LinkedIn is a real acquisition channel and you post several times a week; at $39/month for scheduling and analytics it is steep next to Buffer-class tools unless you lean on the AI writing and the inspiration database. Occasional posters should start with LinkedIn's own free scheduler.

Pros

  • The viral-post database plus analytics makes 'what do I post' a solvable problem
  • Public REST API with per-account keys, and an MCP server for driving it from Claude or ChatGPT
  • Taplio X Chrome extension surfaces metrics inside LinkedIn itself
  • 30-day money-back window on top of the 7-day trial

Cons

  • No free tier at all — the trial requires choosing a paid plan up front
  • Unlimited AI and comment credits only arrive at the $199/month Pro tier
  • Auto-connect, auto-comment and DM automation run against LinkedIn's stance on automation and carry account risk
  • Single-network scope means a second tool for every other channel

  • Founders and consultants running a personal-brand pipeline on LinkedIn
  • Agencies managing several client profiles under one team plan
