Free browser tools from consultancy BOI that turn a business brief into personas, How-Might-We statements and future scenarios
A set of single-purpose generators published by BOI (Board of Innovation), the strategy consultancy with offices in Antwerp and New York. The app is a client-rendered site with one route per framework: How Might We statement writing, user persona generation, future scenario building, an AI Strategy Matrix, a business reinvention canvas, an AI reinvention blueprint and an AI transformation simulator. You describe a company or a challenge in a form and each tool returns a filled-in version of the consultancy's own framework. Nothing we opened was gated behind sign-up or payment; the toolbox reads as a lead-in to BOI's paid consulting work.
No paid tier and no sign-up wall on the tools we opened. BOI monetises through consulting engagements quoted per project, not through this app.
Use tool ↗Free, no account, and each tool maps onto a framework the consultancy actually bills for, so output is more structured than a blank chat prompt. The trade-off is depth: these are one-shot form-to-document generators with no project memory, no export pipeline and no way to iterate on a result.
Watch out: The page's own Open Graph tags still point at a replit.app address, which suggests a prototype parked on BOI's domain rather than a maintained product.
