Tencent's model family and studio covering text, image, video and 3D, with many weights open-sourced
Hunyuan is Tencent's foundation-model line and the web studio around it: large language models (including the Hunyuan-Large MoE and small on-device variants), HunyuanImage for image generation, HunyuanVideo for text- and image-to-video, and a 3D engine that turns text, images or sketches into textured, topology-optimized assets. Many models ship as open weights on GitHub and Hugging Face, while Tencent Cloud sells hosted APIs; the consumer 3D studio grants about 20 free generations a day, with a global version at hunyuanglobal.com. The main portal and docs are Chinese-first.
Open-source weights are free to download; the hosted studio gives free daily quotas (20 3D generations/day, 200 free credits for new enterprise API users per Tencent's announcement), and Tencent Cloud APIs are metered in CNY, so no USD list price applies.
